We collect the information you provide when you create an account (name, email, business details), the documents you upload for form conversion, and the submissions collected by your forms on your behalf.

If you start building a form before signing up, we ask for your email only so we can send you a link back to your form. We do not use that email for advertising and you are not signed up for anything.

Your data is used solely to provide the GovForms service: building and hosting your forms, collecting and routing submissions, producing reports, and providing support under the support model you choose (Private, Guided or General). We never sell your data.

Data submitted through your forms belongs to you. We process it on your behalf and route it according to the flows you configure. You can export or delete submissions at any time.

Data is stored in Australian AWS regions with encryption in transit and at rest. Access controls are governed by your per-form security configuration, including SSO, email, SMS and one-time-code verification where enabled.
